Insurance for shelters

What do other small shelters do about liability insurance? We have
none but some events we've been taking ferrets to have been requiring
their exhibitors and vendors to have insurance, amount of coverage
unspecified. If anyone can make a recommendation for providers or other
information it would be appreciated.
