Too often this list has sad news, I've had my share. I live in
california so I can't (LEGALLY) have these fuzzies, but if I could
these are a few of the things they would have taught me. Have I
missed any?
What I learned from ferrets:
1. Abandon yourself to what ever you do but especially to joy. No
matter what life has dealt you.
2. You're never too old to play
3. New things need to be investigated.( but see # 8 below )
4. You always need friends
5. NEVER back down, even if your opponent is ten times your size (or
a hundred)
6. You don't always have to worry about the consequences.
7. There's always something to do, even if its only napping.
8. The best stuff is new stuff. -- unless its food
9. Sharing is OK
10. Don't complain about the cards you're dealt, just play the hand --
emphasis on "play"
11. If you have to jump across something or off the top of something
always assume you can make it.
12. Unless you can eat it, it's a toy
M Claus (stuck in the not so golden state)
