I'd like to thank the AFA for putting the spotlight on two issues that
seem to be getting swept by the wayside on this rescue: ADV testing,
and spay/neutering funds. This is the way to conduct such an operation,
definitely. If you have money to donate, this is where I would funnel
it to (and am doing now).
