When I came home from work tonight I found Rascal dead on the bottom
of the cage with his brother Whiskers curled around him. Rascal was
rescued with his brother 4 yrs. ago from a hot back porch in SE
Florida. The 9 year old boy that owned him developed allergies and the
ferrets were banned to the porch. Rascal was always a petite boy, if
you didn't know he was a boy you would have sworn he was a girl ferret.
Always a playmate for Chance, he gave Chance a run for his money. A
black, black sable, he and his brother both are the blackest ferrets I
have ever seen. He was at least 3 years old when I rescured him, so he
was no spring chicken. An avid kisser and member of PTPO club.
Goodbye sweet Rascals, you will forever dance in my heart.
