Thank you for letting us know about this. Did you know that there is a
$1000-$5000 fine if a person is caught dumping and animal on the side
of the road in New Jersey? All's you have to do is get the person's
license plate number and call the police and the ASPCA. When the
abandoner is caught this is the fine they will be facing.

I'm happy to see that in New Jersey that they are now taking our
complaints in respect to cruelty seriously. I am tired of hearing and
seeing people committing these acts get away with nothing but a slap
on the wrist.
