Hello.

There is no doubt in my mind that owning ferrets has directly
contributed to my ongoing respiratory problems. I am asthmatic, and
have also developed excema. I often have a mild rash where I cuddle
my kids most., and don't let me get knicked while clipping nails; I
look like I've been whipped!

Never crossed my mind to give them up, as the benefits far outweigh
the discomforts. There are inhalants, and creams.
