If there is a reputable shelter willing to take this ferret within
say 4 hours of Omaha I am willing to spring him from the shelter and
then transport him on. And I will pay for his adrenal surgery.

Unfortunately I do not feel I'm in a position to commit to the
long-term relationship of a pet right now.
