Musty Pete Checks On Sammy

It is hard to say goodbye to your beloved furry friends, but I think it
is especially difficult during the holidays. Maybe that is because your
human hearts are even bigger at this time, the spirit of giving looms
large in each and every one of you.

A dear friend to the Rainbow Bridge Community asked me to pass a note
on to her dear furred friend Sammy.

Sue, rest assured that Sammy is fine. He joyfully found his niche up
here at the bridge. He is a sweet and lovable boy, everyone loves him!
He is kind and sweet and gentle, he is like that with everyone.

Sammy and I have visited the Pool Of Remembrance a few times since he
arrived, and we often check on you to see how you are doing. I think
Sammy enjoys these 'visits' more than he lets on. It makes his heart
so happy.

I asked him about 'tiger'...he says "Nope! Wasn't me!" But when I asked
about the treat bag, I got a sort of one sided smirk and a bit of a
wink....Hmmm-mmm? So I think he took credit for that one.

Sammy asked me to let you know that he misses seeing you every day, you
were together for quite a while, but he wants you to know that he is so
happy up here. His life is wonderful, he has many loving friends who
keep him very busy. Sammy looks forward to the time when he will be
reunited with you, although he says that will be a loooong time. And he
wants you to be happy, too much time is spent feeling sad.

He sends whiskered hugs and kisses to you Sue....and all his love.
