Instead of a blender you guys need a Maverick -

A lot of raw feeders who don't want to feed whole bones for whatever
reason use these and they will grind smaller poultry bones (no beef
or turkey bones I don't think). I don't think there are any blenders
that are really suitable for grinding bones.
