The forum on Yahoo will not tolerate any of the "bashing" or whatever
you want to call it. We are there to discuss the ferrets that we have
taken in and how they are "growing" and learning to love and any
medical needs that they may or may not come up with. The Other forum
you can discuss anything there ya want to. I am a moderator for the
yahoo group and if you have DMK ferrets and want to join it - come on!!
BUT there will be no bashing of Lori or anyone on this group as we are
there for each other and for the babies that we have - adopted or
shelter! We would love for you to join -- but remember -- no bashing!!!
No bad mouthing or any of that. We are not children where we go "nanny
nanny boo boo" and tear someone down. I don't know the entire story of
the rescue or what all did or did not go on. BUT I do know that I have
15 of these babies here at my home! I sent in the adoption and the
shelter forms as I knew there would be those that would need to be
adopted such as my "Piglet" who is deaf and has a jaw that locks. So
yes, she will stay with me. I have also gotten help from my vet and
other vets in the area for these kids. Renee and I asked the vets in
this area if they were willing to help and they said a big YES and
other groups are willing to help -- but you can't sit and do/ask
nothing and you can't go around bashing others -- so don't plan on
it if you come to the DMK board on Yahoo -- it won't be allowed.

And a huge THANK YOU to Renee Downs for helping get these babies down
here to me. And a huge THANK YOU to others that I have emailed/talked
with to get these babies down here and that have sent things for these
babies -- The first order of business was to get them out of there and
now they are, like what happened or not -- give it time and give it a
rest for now -- Thank you.
