who used to pace back and forth like a lion in his cage - even after
having a two hour out of cage playtime! When he was adopted his new
owner discovered that he was blind - which as we all know, ferrets
hide very well. She also noticed something that she described as very
distinct white swirls deep in his eyes - not cloudy like cataracts. I
have to add that the person who adopted was a former ferret shelter
operator and a vet tech, so [...]41_2Mar200712:58:[log in to unmask] 0703 1419 20 25_ground chicken with bones16_Rachel [log in to unmask], 2 Mar 2007 19:21:14 -0500581_- Hi everyone,

I think that was me who posted about the ground chicken at Whole Foods
a while back. I believe the label just said something like "ground
chicken backs and necks with bones-- pet food." It had a Whole Foods
label like their other meats. I found it in the refrigerator case near
the butcher section, along with other ground meats meant for pet food.
I don't know if it was just something my local store does, but I do
seem to remember someone else having trouble finding it when I first
posted. I wish luck to anyone trying [...]42_2Mar200719:21:[log in to unmask] 0703 1440 40 32_February update TheHideyHole.Com9_THH [log in to unmask], 2 Mar 2007 17:44:53 -0600365_- February at TheHideyHole:

I was given a perfect, brand new copy of "Nothing to Fear But Ferrets"
by Linda O. Johnston. It is a paperback mystery. I was wondering if
anyone here would like to purchase it? The cover price is $6.99 and I
will cover the shipping cost. It will help care for my shelter ferrets.
If you would like the book or a more detailed description of the book,
please email me privately off-list. [...]44_2Mar200713:03:[log in to unmask] 0703 1556 33 29_Black-Footed ferret figurines14_reanee [log in to unmask], 3 Mar 2007 00:27:57 +0000370_- I have just listed two of my

I have permission to post the following for Marcia C. Davis.

Marcia's very first ferret "Genesis" crossed over the Rainbow Bridge
on February 28, 2007 leaving behind 1 brother (Zachary) and 2 sisters
(Choloe and Kia) and of course his very loving Mommy (Marcia).

Genesis, a sable male ferret, was born December 23, 1998.

Marcia is very heartbroken and taking this very very hard.

Marcia's e-mail is: [log in to unmask]

With great saddness.
