Hiya friends! It's me, Elvis from the Ferret Aid Society. I have a
few VERY late thank yous for some of you out there. Some of the other
ferrets have already thanked their Santas before Christmas, but we're
late with our thanks! First off, I have to tell you about Harley "Bug".
Many of you have been e-mailing asking where on earth the Bug has been.
Well, he snuck down from the Bridge to have a little chat with me so i
could tell you what he's been up to.

You see, mommie's been having a really bad winter. Though it's not
cold in Toronto, the constant changing in weather has played havoc on
mommie's pain. Whenever it changes from warm to cool, sun to rain and
back again, mommie ends up in bed for a day or two. Harley tells me
that he's been spending much time with mommie to make sure she's ok
and hasn't had time to get to the puter at the Bridge. he apologizes
and promises to write to everyone soon.

Mommie also apologizes too. She knows she has been VERY late with thank
you cards and posts to the FML/FAS list for all the wonderful Secret
Santas, she's just having a hard time of things right now. That's why
i'm here!!! So, sit back and see who's been so sweet to us ferrets by
being our Santas!!!

Auntie Debbie of NJ was Santa to Tyger. Tyger is doing well and
visiting a chiropractor on occasion to help with his walking.

Auntie Michelle of KS was Santa to Lucia. Lucia is doing well, still
looking for a home after the Canada Day rescue last year. She is
residing in the London chapter of FAS.

Auntie Melissa of IN didn't pick any of us kids off the giving tree
but decided to send the shelter some great things anyway!

Auntie Marie of MN picked me and Hardy. We're both doing really well
and are very happy to share some news with you all. As of Jan 13th,
BOTH Hardy and I will have a forever home! That's right, after TWO
years of being at the shelter, someone finally looked past our red
eyes and crazy quirks and fell in love with us. We'll be going home
soon! All mommie wanted for Christmas was for us to find a home.

Uncle Gary of VA got us all some shelter bucks from TFS

Rosey & Zippy Ferrets from MI also got us shelter bucks from TFS.

All in all, the kids of FAS were TOTALLY spoiled by these people and
the other Santas that sent gifts before Christmas. Between shelter
bucks, toys, treats, bedding, shelter supplies, even gifts for mommie &
the volunteers (and MORE pretty paper towels that we can't get in
Canada!) mommie was totally shocked. She wanted me to thank you all,
from the bottom of her heart for making this Christmas so special for
her and all of us in the shelter. We all love each and every one of
you and send you warm, fuzzy hugs all the time.

MANY thanks and loads of love, Elvis & The Ferret Aid Society ferrets
(& mommie too!)
