I am asking for prayers from the list readers for the newest face of
Ferret Wise - though I have not seen him yet. He is a medium sized 11
month old silver blaze mitt - I will meet him at the vets at 9AM sharp
as we try to negotiate emergency surgery for a blockage of the small
intestine. Young Koda at 11 mo old ate his young male owners sneaker
last week and has been suffering since. The owner has no way to afford
the care. He was seen by a MA vet who x rayed and pin pointed the area
of obstruction today -- then KODA was surrendered. It was too late in
the day for that vet to perform the surgery -- so A shelter Mom with a
big heart Donna Spirito is administering fluids and is transporting him
to our vets in the AM. We will pay for the surgery, I will post op him
and then seek a loving family for him who can afford for his day to day
and veterinary care. This is my gift this Holiday.

Our dining room table will be the post op unit, and we had not planned
a big meal anyway with shelter Dad out of work-- so welcome Koda I look
forward to seeing you and more to holding you as we nurse you back to
health.
