Hi there.

For lost ferrets outside, here's what few things work for some people I
knew that I set up for them.

Put a good carrier - big enough with tons of warmth inside of blanket
with softness to keep them warm as well as some water, or better, a
cage on a small scale with food water and hammock to leave on porch and
hopefully the ferret will smell it to come back home. Cover the cage on
the top where the hammock is so the winds won't blow as the ferret goes
asleep inside. It worked for some people that lost the ferrets by
accidents. Keep up with the push on the search party with all the
neighborhood asking door to door. You'd be surprised that one has found
one of them and keep it. It happened to a friend of mine in Illinois,
but fortunately, they are willing to have her take the baby back.

Just a suggestion. I will post this for others to see as well.

Prayers go out for you and all.
