Hop A long aka "Ted" is doing well. Dr Sandra his primary caretaker
in NY reports," he is leaving his cast alone and is generally well
mannered." Ted As far as converting him to a kibble Dr Sandra remarks he
is HIGH maintainence - he will only eat Fiesta Kibble but NO brown ones!
In fact, she has to remove all the brown kibbles or he won't touch the
others in the bowl. NOW TED! Geesh make someone your slave! He ran a
ran a low in the BG check ( no big surprise), and she is still waiting
for the ADV test to come back--- Meanwhile he gets fed some of the Ferret
Wise gruel 6 times a day.
Meanwhile he is impatiently waiting for the next vet visit when the cast
comes off and xrays show how the leg is jhealing. If well- he will be
able to have more time to start ambling around i a cast/splint to build
the muscles back up slowly.
We know Ted is an early adrenal/ insulinoma kid.... and with the support
of friends like you and the great vets he will have a chance for quality
in his remaining years.

Marilyn & Teena who have joined in the effort to help Ted Hop A Long
along to a good recovery. We were able to deposit $124 dollars on
Friday!
