My 5 years old has adrenal issues and is being treated with lupron and
melatonin. Her vaginal area is still red and swollen. But now she has
a green discharge coming out and I am afraid that she may have an
infection. Has anybody out there had a similar problem? I don't know
if I should have her vet put her on antibiotics or something else. I
clean her area daily because if I don't it's dries up and I do not want
her to have any trouble urinating.

any advice is appreciated.
