Hope this is where I post - I forgot what I did last time. Anyway,
Butch is now on Diazoxide along with the Prednisone. And I have to
thank the generous people who have helped us out with the medication.
ferret People are ANGELS! Butch hasn't had any more episodes since
starting on the JDiaz, but he is getting so very skinny that it's
scarey. We hand feed him baby food and meat, and high quality cat food
(meat), and duck soup that a ferret rescuer sent me, and still he keeps
getting thinner. I am thinking that the meds must have revved up his
metabolism, because he's eating a few tablespooons of food 3 to 4
times a day. And I see him eatiang Iinnovo Kibble in between. Any
suggestions? ANd thanks to everyone who has reached out to help us -
you know who you are......
