Marshalls may be the biggest, but their lack of care, surgeries too
early, and probably has the most number of ferrets in circulation in
this country, this means that more 'Marshalls' ferrets are suffering
from illnesses, and early deaths, than from 'other' farms!

Remember the North Carolina 'breeder'? They were worse than Marshalls,
but I`ll bet my boots that LESS ferrets from N.C. died from improper
procedures than from Marshalls!!!...

And as for the so-called "vets" on marshalls premises,.....WHAT THE HELL
KIND OF VETS ARE THESE!!?? They are supposed to be 'professionals' in
their field, yet the early surgeries,(spay/neuter/de-scent) at ages that
we 'all' and most "Ferret Vet Specialists", agree is too young! Shipping
ages, kibble w/o water for the even younger kits, prolapsed rectums
because of this,....on & on,...........

LET`S START TO QUESTION the Goverment Agencies who are "supposed" to
monitor these "Breeding Farms"! Has anyone heard of the results of
the APHIS proposed rule changes,...that we wrote in favor of in mass
numbers??

We can TALK all we want to about marshalls till we`re blue in the face...
TALK is cheap,....Let`s DO something this time! Maybe questioning your
Congressmen & women could bring results?? When 'possible' wrongs are
brought to the attention of our elected officials,....questions begin to
be asked! And asked to the CORRECT 'possible' "Wrongdoers"!!!!....Let`s
not let this fade away, let`s do our homework, and think of the results
if we succeed!,....Our fuzzies being healthy & live to a ripe old age,..
in Marshalls case, over 3yrs!!!! Let`s keep this on the top burner!!

And as for Marshalls "trying" to place their "RETIRED BREEDERS", I think
the better word would be "WORN_OUT Breeders"!!!!. , Just like "Puppy
Mills" Breeders!!!

Dooks,...& pissed off,
John Rich & the n.j. gang, USA.

BTW, Marshalls has never answered any of my emails either! Nice
people!!!! (POO-PEOPLE). jdr.
