I haven't posted in a while but I keep tabs...
 
I rescued a ferret today in Trempealeau County Wisconsin this evening.  A
woman called the humane society where I volunteer and said she and her
husband had caught a ferret in their garage.  I picked him up and brought
him home.
 
He's a dark eyed white, but may have been a silver, I think he's very
old, he has very bad teeth.  He has a thin green line of a tattoo on his
right ear.  I also think he is deaf.  Has anyone seen a green line tattoo
before?  It's obvious that it is not two dots that bled together.  The
color is different than Marshall Farms and it's a very thin line.
 
If anyone has insight, I'm curious to know where he was born, although it
doesn't change the fact that he's a great guy.  Very suggly and gentle.
(Now I have to decided whether or not to keep him, don't tell my hubby!)
