HI NIkki,
 
DOes your ferret have a cagemate?  Of so those whiskers might have been
chewed off by the cagemate!
 
They will grown back.  Be aware that if the whiskers were not broken off
by rough play, rubbing on cage wire etc, they might indicate a health
issue.  So watch your ferret and if you notice something healthwise out
of the norm check with the vet!
