The shelter I foster for only pays half the medical expense, nothing
else.  I pay for all of the supplies(litter, food anything else needed).
I am made to understand all of the shelters in this area are about the
same, only pay half the medical expenses.  I do get all my food and
litter through the shelter which is a great savings.  But no they do
not supply it per say.

I volunteer, rescue, foster and adopt from this shelter, I have been
doing this for five or six year.

I live in the mid east coast area.  Hope this is of some help to you.
