Some types of beach carry-alls have mesh sides and zippers. These work
well for fuzzies -- some have a solid panel on the bottom, which allows
some privacy, or just put a towel inside for them to hide in. I have
one bag which has blue stripes; you really can't see into it, but Missy
loves to ride around in it because she can see everything. It has large
enough handles so it can be slung over one shoulder, and carried under
the arm. Comfy. This is the idea:

but I found mine at a local discount store for about $6.
I imagine you could also use the mesh backpacks that are dictated by
some school systems. You could wear a backpack on your chest instead
of on your back. Just make sure that it has a zipper closure and not
a drawstring; my girl can always get through a drawstring opening.
