Hi all,....many years back, my former ferret vet had a spring loaded
"pill-popper" for administering anything from whole pills to pieces,
according to doses. It was a long, pencil-like object, with a rubber
tip, scored with a cross to allow the pill to be placed inside it & held
till ready to "shoot"! Onced cocked, you just had to place the end into
the back of the ferret`s mouth, and release the lock, shooting the pill
to the very back reaches of their throats. I have not been able to find
anything like it since then, even from the same vet. Anyone ever hear
of this,...or know where to find one? It was for all small animals,
and worked very well for ferrets. Any info. appreciated!
Thanks...j.r.& the n.j. gang.
