As expected this broken record is making another statement against 8 in 1
products.

Yesterday someone wrote about the bag of 8 in 1 ferret food with the
label showing the shape and size of the normal kibble they sell but
inside was a totally different size and shaped kibble.

This is but one more example of so very many of the total lack of quality
control, reasonable management, and qualified help working at the 8 in 1
manufacture/packaging plant.

Again, my background is middle management in high speed modern food
packaging environments so my comments come from 20 plus years of
experience.

Of course 'people' food has much more stringent levels of quality control
and accountability than pet foods do but there is still a high level of
suitability expected of any ingestible products and that includes pet
foods.

On this forum we have seen countless testimony of unacceptable and
absolutely dangerous ferret food being sold to the public by 8 in 1. All
plants have errors where they are manned by humans but to have such a
series and ongoing list of problems from 8 in 1 we do not have to assume
but can now rely on the FACT that 8 in 1 is far more than substandard in
its management process resulting in danger to pet owners from use of
their products.

As in the past I can only advise ferret owners to not buy any 8 in 1
products for the protection of their pets.
