Just to update you all on what the status of Geena the BC ferret who
needed a home.  Geena has gone to a loving mom with lots of ferret
experience.  We found out that Geena is adrenal and also has a small mast
cell tumor on her tummy.  Geena was being treated holistically for her
adrenal.  This fuzzy mom has experience with this treatment as she does
have other ferrets.  She told me that Geena is staying with her and will
be loved and cared for until she is called to the bridge.  I want to
thank everyone on the list that emailed and tried to help me with finding
a home for this little girl.  Barb from Alberta, Lorene from FRES,
Candace and everyone else who emailed and tried to help.  Thank you all!
Ferret people are the best and it makes me proud to know each and every
one of you.  Geena's new mom said she would keep me updated on how she's
doing and her progress, so I'll update the list as I hear.
