Well, since I'm of the old-school punk/rock/goth variety, how about
Wendy (O. Williams, of the Plasmatics), Siouxsie (and the Banshees),
Exene (Cervenka), Nina (Hagen), Diamanda (Galas), Cait (O'Riordon, of
The Pogues), Danielle (Dax), Patti (Smith), or...
 
 ... Joan Jett  (especially with the *almost* black fur.)
