how are the artworks coming along?  I hope people are having fun making
their unique creations!
 
I have had a couple of people asked about when they should send out their
art works, and based on mailing times from the postal services, I'm going
to suggest the following:
 
if you send by airmail, I think send it by first week of June (i.e.
allow 2 weeks)
 
if you send by surface maile, by end of april (i.e. allow 6 weeks)
 
if you are attending the conference, just bring it with you.
 
if you cannot make it to the conference :(, check if anyone in your
area is attending and would be willing to bring it, especially if it
is delicate!
 
if I get things after the conference, it will get auctioned online or
returned, depending on your preferences..
 
by the way, if there is an artist whose work you admire, please do
contact them and see if they are interested in donating artwork for
the show!  or let me know about them and I will contact them.
