Alex, you are hilarious! Thank you for the testimonial. Actually, I
was trying to buy my own biscotti BACK so that I would not have to make
more for the person I owed at the time! But, NO! Dann would have none
of that. He snuck in and outbid me at the end! And, Alex was gracious
enough NOT to tell me she hated biscotti!

Anyway, as a reference, Alex, you got a batch of each. So, you can let
people know how much is in there. (BTW, I corrected my misspelling of
Randy's last name.)

Several questions have arisen, so I thought I would address them here.

1. Where do I send $$.
The address is at the bottom of the order form. Because banks charge a
conversion fee for the transfer of US$ to Canadian $ (and, NO, I don't
know any more details than that!), I usually send a single check to Randy
for all the biscotti ordered. She also has a PayPal account that $ can
be added to, [log in to unmask] You would then need to send the
shipping charge to me.

2. How much is in a batch?
Each batch has about 25 pieces that are about 5-6" long.

3. Do I need to mail the order form?
No, email it to me at [log in to unmask] and I will go ahead and
make it. Payment can be made as stated above.

4. I live out of the country. Can I send you a money order in USD?

I would prefer that, if you live in Canada you make the equivalent
donation directly to Randy so that we can avoid two sets of conversion
fees. If you live in a different country, I may just deliver it in
person!

5. Can I get a mixed batch?
Yup, I will mix them up for you.

6. If I order the mix, what do I need to make this? Is it hard?
Not hard at all. I did all the work already! You will need a bowl,
something to stir with and a cookie sheet or baking stone to bake on. It
should go without saying that you will also need an oven. (If you are
thinking about cooking this in the microwave, you ought to buy the baked,
okay?) I will check the computer tomorrow for orders. I am not usually
on the computer on weekends, but will check anyway. If you have my phone
number and want to order, go ahead and call me. If you don't, my home
phone number is (860)429-4471 (I think!). Go ahead and call. If I don't
answer, leave a message. I will not call you back if you do not leave a
number -- I may not anyway!

For those of you who are going to wait till the last minute, Valentine's
Day is a week from Tuesday. That means that I CAN get it to you
overnight by mailing Feb. 13, but shipping goes up to the overnight
rate (about $25 -- 30).

Thank you for helping.
