Weighing in at 11 members (as of Jan. 22) .... I'm pleased to announce
the "birth" of the brand spankin' new Washington Ferret Lovers (WAFL)
Meet-Up group! It's finally up and running and here's the link:

For all of you who are local to the greater Seattle, WA area, PLEASE take
a moment to check out the site and consider becoming a member.  This is
a great way to meet fellow ferret lovers, learn and share valuable
ferret-related information, and become involved in your community!  (We
are strongly encouraging "locals" to attend the meetings but those who
are not local to the greater Seattle area can still stay up-to-date on
our happenings through the site's Message Board).
 
Our first 'kick-off' meet-up will be February 12th at 2pm (location TBD)
and we've already got 11 YES RSVP's!  It's going to be a GREAT meeting
with lots of surprises and of course new faces so you don't want to miss
it!!!
 
If any of you FML readers participate in a Ferret Meet-Up in your own
city/state, (Denver, Houston, Orlando, New Hampshire, NY/NJ, etc.),
PLEASE consider emailing me privately with any suggestions, comments,
ideas, etc.  you may have that you think will help us make this group
a success - I would greatly appreciate it!
