Every morning before work I sit down at my computer, have some breakfast,
feed the crew a few treats and read my FML. Many times I think, I should
respond to that when I get a minute, of course I let it slip my mind.
This morning I had to say something about a line in yesterdays digest.
"Who would pay $299 for the "privilage" of taking in someones discarded
pets?. I would, I have, I will again.
All my ferrets are rescues, I have 4 at the moment and have had up to 9
in the past. They were all someones dicarded pets, and I consider it
not only a privilage to have these cast aways as my tiny room mates, but
a downright honour.
One came with a cage, one a bottle of odour stop, some with various
useless supplies, a few with health or emotional issues, but all worth
every cent to give these cast offs a forever home where they are just
loved.
Yes I would happily pay $299 so a little fellow would no longer be
someones "discarded" pet.
Pat and the crew.
