Sandee & Sara,
Could you please greet Casper at the Bridge for me. He is an 8 1/2 year
old BLUE EYED WHITE gentelman ferret who is BLIND & DEAF. Casper was the
very first ferret I ever adopted from a rescue. I adopted him in the
spring of 1998 when he was 6 months old. I had adopted many ferrets from
this rescue untill I started my own. Casper is was the last one left out
of that group of ferrets.
In his younger days he could dook & dance with the best of them. He had
adrenal cancer & lymphoma, and I know he felt he wasn't ready to leave
yet but he had lost to much weight in less than a week and the tumor that
was on his condoil was causing problems with his ability to eat. I felt
his quality of life had dimminished as most of the time he just slept and
wasn't dooking or dancing any more.
Could you please let him know how much Iloved him and loved having him as
a part of my life? I will realy miss having him around as so will his
newer cagemates Lady Bug & Shade of Night. Could you please make sure
that Goliath & Sprite, Koko & Montey, Panda & Timone', Scooby Doo &
Tigger, and especialy Momma Cuddles ( MY very 1ST ferret) are there to
meet him. They have been at the Bridge from 2000-2005, so it has been
many years for most since he has seen them last. Could you also give
him a kiss and hug for me and give the rest a BIG GROUP HUG from daddy
Keith and I?
Thankyou so much for everything you do for us and our babies. Hugs and
kisses to you!
Mommy Debi
