Possibilities to consider as possible origins:
Bartholins Cyst
Apocrine Tumor or Apocrine Cyst
A cyst might not pose a problem beyond needing the secondary infection
treated and possible draining, but I am afraid that there are some
nasty possibilities for apocrine tumors. That sadly is true even when
surgery is an option.

Yippee! I just now got some good news; the side effects of my new eye
med should go away in 3 to 5 days. Right now they are cramping my
finding-ferret-health-info style. Thank goodness for having a MacBook.
The screen is sharp and it has built in font enlarger, another enlarger
to use for enlarging everything, and I can even have it read to me when
my eyes get tired. Still, there are things I WOULD have looked but for
people without this. BTW, GREAT places to start when looking up health
info are in my signature lines.
