no longer works.  A new site was developed and put online the end of
September.  For some time, the old site continued to work with a link
to the new location, but this no longer works.
 
http://www.aphis.usda.gov/ppd/rad/webrepor/all.html may also lead to the
wrong place.
 
PLEASE, if you have any web sites with links to the old sites, change
them to
http://www.regulations.gov/
Enter "ferret" in keyword and click Submit.
Click on APHIS-2005-0063 in the first column to see comments, or the
Add Comment icon in the last column to enter your own comments.
