That was great.  Us 'crazy ferret people'...
 
I especially love the ending - "Now, if only the low-income residents of
Ogden's hotels and motels could afford ferrets, maybe they could generate
some public sympathy for their plight, too."
 
At least we can say one thing and really mean it - we're passionate about
