I'm sure we all know by now...the mouse has been exonerated.....seems
(according to the news I heard) the poor thing was already deceased when
it was thrown into the fire.  Burning embers that the wind blew onto
the house is what caught it on fire.  However, had it been true, that
the mouse did start that fire and under the circumstances reported,
yes it would have been a great revenge story, but funny.....NO.... at
least not in my opinion.
