FYI, The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service proposed on Wednesday, to allow
Sea Otters back into southern California waters!!...They said that
scrapping the current "no-otter zone" would boost recovery efforts
for this endangered species !...GREAT!  ...but we`ll see how far
this 'proposal' progresses in the near future.  "Cousins helping
Cousins!"...What a concept!
