Could you please give us the Florida statutory reference for this new
law, or whatever documentation you have?  I have looked everywhere I
can think in the Florida Statutes and have found nothing that addresses
this.
 
I'm thinking it would be nearly unenforceable so wonder about the
validity of your source.
