To Ferret Aid Society,
My name is Michael. I have a two-year-old ferret, named Sprite. I am
now in Richmond Hill, ON, but I will be relocating to California, and
unfortunately, ferrets are illegal to own there. Sadly, I must have
him available for adoption. Therefore, I am asking if you can distribute
the e-mail I have written below to your mailing list for adoption.
I would really want to see Sprite goes to the right and caring owner.
And, I can have his stuff (listed below) at no cost. But first, do you
think it is a good idea to have these items listed at no cost (or even
listed at all)? My primary concern is to ensure that Sprite go to the
right person, not cost. I do not want to see someone adopt Sprite with
the intention of having the items for free. So, I will let you decide
to have (or not have) the following items posted publicly as well.
* primary "big" cage (include drinking bowl, eating bowl).
* 3 Home made litter boxes.
* Ferret food.
* Ferretone skin and coat supplement.
* Ferret Bi-odor.
* Deodorizer spray.
Thank you for your time,
Michael
My name is Michael, and I have a ferret, named Sprite. Sprite was born
on April 20, 2003, at Marshall Farms, USA <http://www.marshallpet.com/>.
I obtained Sprite from a pet store in London, Ontario, called SuperPet.
Sprite is a male albino, and he has been neutered. All vaccinations
boosters are complete. One canine-distemper vaccine was given upon
purchase, and two more (along with a rabies vaccine) were given by
Sprite's vet. Despite his age (a little over 2 years), Sprite remains
to be cheerful, healthy and playful. Sprite has been litter-trained
(given sufficient number of litter buckets). I am not aware of any
signs of infection/disease.
The followings will be provided upon adoption:
* Purchase receipts.
* Birth certificates.
* Health and vaccination records.
I am located in Richmond Hill, ON. Adoption must not take place
immediately, but Sprite must be adopted by one who loves pets,
understands the high-maintenance nature of ferrets, and has time to
play with him daily. Sprite just deserves the "right" caring master.
Thank you,
--Michael ([log in to unmask])
