Hi Everyone,
There is a shelter in New Jersey..a quiet shelter, never asks for a
thing, that is in big trouble now. It is Scales & Tails shelter run by
Gail Elsey. I adopted two elderly, sick ferrets from her. Her shelter
ferrets are treated as her personal ferrets, with the same loving care
and veterinary treatment. She practically lives at the vet.
Now, with heavier than usual vet bills that accumulated over the summer
and more vet treatments now including an adrenal surgery and pancreas
removals last week and 2 more adrenal surgeries, blood panels and
vaccinations for her older kids this week, she is in dire need of money.
Some friends of hers have gotten together and put together a raffle you
must see! There are 6 packages...all fantastic! One of the best raffles
this year! And with Christmas coming up...and the Ferret Christmas
Tree...and your own tree with your own little ferret faces looking with
wonder at all the neat stuff for them under that tree.....Just to give
you an idea :-).
#1 contains a Ferret Angel, gorgeous bedding, a framed print of
ferrets (of course) and many more items...
#2 contains the most fantastic emergency kit..things you would never
think of getting together in one place..plus more bedding and toys
and more and more and more :-).
