If this person doesn't wear socks, do their nails need clipping? Of
course. I can't even imagine not trimming the ferrets nails. They
grow so fast. My ferrets' nails would be curled under the feet within
a couple of months! Sheesh!

Isn't the purpose of the Laxatone or Vaseline to help move any hairballs
or small blockages out? Why would it need to be absorbed by the stomach
anyway? Ferrets cannot pass hairballs and must have a supplement to
their diet to help them do so.

We do not have to clean our ferrets ears often, but it definitely has to
be done occasionally.

Can someone send this person a book or two with this information
highlighted? How about printing some information from the Internet and
highlighting it?
