Sorry to hear your ferret has lymphoma.  There are 2 products that can
help the liver out.  The first is SAMe, and the second is milk thistle.
SAMe is the one with the most research in dogs and cats, and it is both
safe and effective.  It is actually more effective than milk thistle in
most cases.  SAMe and milk thistle can be used together, but if you are
only going to use one, I would suggest SAMe.  Of course pred helps to
reduce some of the inflammation and should be used too.
 
The company called Nutramax Labs makes a SAMe and a milk thistle product
for cats (www.nutramaxlabs.com), so you might want to talk to you vet
about using them in your ferret.
