T O': You asked how to keep newcomers aware of something which upsets you
when repeating it over and over causes people to skip a writer's posts.
 
Why not find a past post in which you mentioned that particular point in
a way which pleases you, and then just put it under your name in each of
your posts?  Then you could maybe mention it every month or three to whet
appetites.  That would make it rare enough to be be read, but always
accessible, and it would also make people more aware of archives and that
can help everyone.
