In respnse to the annon poster:
 
I am posting this annon because I know that it is going to ruffle some
feathers.  Not that I am not concerned with the people that have lost
their lives in the L a. disaster, BUT...they were WARNED ahead of time
to evacuate.  They had a CHOICE to leave.  The animals didn't.  The only
means they had for leaving were the peop le that they trusted to keep
them out of harms way.  Now, I am not saying that an yone deserves to
be in the predicament that they are in, but neither do the animals.
Besides, this IS a ferret group, and the ferrets, as well as other
animal, should be helped.
 
As far as I am concerned, a life is a life be it human or animal.
 
God Bless all of you that are helping our furry little friends.
