We've discussed on this list the support that ferret owners get from
companies like Ferret Depot that refuse to sell harmful items, and
companies like Ferret Store that donate and discount items to shelter.
 
When you order from these stores, tell them!  Tell them that you're
ordering from them because they are responsive to the ferret community.
They need to know that it is important to us, that we value such
responsiveness, and that it will benefit their company.  Tell them so
that it continues!!!!
 
I just ordered from Ferret Depot and I thanked them for removing the
harmful treats from their line, and explained that was why I was buying
from them.  I love my ferrets and it makes me happy to use a company that
cares about their welfare.  The phone salesman was thrilled to hear it
and thanked me for letting them know.  It's good for them to hear this
feedback!!
