I was surprised to see the clue "Domesticated Polecat" in USA Today's
Crossword Puzzle.  Since I had an f in the first box, I put in ferret
and it was right.  I thought polecats were skunks!!!  At least that's
what they are here in PA.  I know ferrets and skunks are of the same
family but never put them together that way.  Learn something new every
day.
