Just a quick note about insurance.  ING has agreed to cover both the
commercial and non commercial part of the new house/shelter.  I must
admit, i was expecting it to be VERY expensive, but I was pleasantly
surprised.
 
Some of you have e-mailed me that you are in the same boat and have had
insurance troubles.  PLEASE, try ING, they have worked a miracle for me
and my shelter.
