Hi Y'all,
When I wrote about feeding garlic to my animals and that we did not have
fleas or worms here, I should have been clear that I do not feed garlic
to my ferrets, only the dogs. They go out in their run, and they bring
in the fleas, ticks, you name it.
I noticed a garlic the brewers yeast vitamin at my pet store, so I
started to feed it here. So far, I have had no problems. I skip a day
now and again, and I have to say the cats will not eat it. Ferrets are
not offered any, and if I get fleas, the dogs would bring them in. Cats
do not go out.
Sorry for any confusion, I am not suggesting you do this, I only stated
what I do.
Thank you Sukie for bringing to my attention that I needed to clarify
this before we had ferrets eating salad.
Marilyn
