Dear Ferret Folks-
 
Despite my assertion yesterday that "Lily was intravenously dehydrated at
the vets", I must hasten to assure you that she was NOT in fact, sucked
dry at great expense, and reduced to several ounces of fine gray powder.
She was intravenously HYDRATED.  It was my wallet that was sucked dry
there.  Yes, it appears to have been freeze dried, rather like those
tasty meals served to astronauts, or perhaps Walt Disney.
