Silly wabbits....It keeps Sukie's wattles from flapping when she gets
really excited, you know, like when she sees the Republican National
Convention on Tv, and they flap so hard she inadvertantly lifts off
and bangs her head on the cieling.  Steve has to pull her down, then.
 
She wears it upside down over her head, hip strings hanging around her
neck They catch the flapping wattles, and keep her from getting any lift
like a hummingbird.  Yeah, I'm told it does make an eerie humming noise
when, like, Karl Rove comes on and she just can't contain herself.
Bzzzzz!  Up she goes!!
 
Steve got her thongs in all different colors to match her outfits.
