Here's another idea that a friend suggested to me.  Go to a drug store,
in the baby section look for a pill splitter/crusher, they work wonders
and aren't very expensive at all (under five dollars at Walgreens).  This
little device makes crushing Melatonin a snap!  It really does a great
job of crushing the pills into a fine powder.
